1. Valuable Points Program
   Our points program offers greater value than competitors, making points easier to redeem for services, retail products, and gift certificates.
2. Flexible Payment
   Convenient pay-as-you-go membership structure.
3. Pre-Booking Required
   All membership appointments must be pre-booked at the time of sign-up. Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
4. Punctuality Reward
   Earn 50 points for attending your originally scheduled appointment.
5. Full Redemption Eligibility
   100% of points are redeemable upon completion of all consecutive months of your membership.
6. Missed Month Penalty
   10% of accumulated points will be deducted for each missed month.
   (e.g., 1 missed month = 10% deduction, 2 missed months = 20%, etc.)
7. Final Month Credit
   Credit toward your final month is only applied if all consecutive months are completed.
8. Non-Transferable
   Memberships are non-transferable.
