Terms & Conditions
Membership Structure - Pay-As-You-Go! All appointments must be scheduled at time of enrollment and completed within the membership term of one year. Missed appointments do not extend the expiration date.
Loyalty Reward - Loyalty reward will be issued upon completion of membership requirements.
Rescheduling - Appointments can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice, however you earn 25 points for each appointment kept on original date.
Non-Transferable - Membership and points are non-transferable.
Discount - Members receive a 5% cash discount on all services and retail purchases.
Rewards - Members are encouraged to keep track of their points and rewards. We are happy to assist with questions, however, members are responsible for monitoring their own membership activity.
Auto Advancing - Once you've exceeded the value of your current membership plan, you will automatically advance to the next plan and begin receiving it's rewards and benefits.
