To ensure the absolute freshness of your products, we bundle our client requests and place official

Pevonia orders at the start of each season. To have your items included in our next shipment,

please submit requests as follows:



Spring - Order by March 1st

Summer - Order by June 1st

Autumn - Order by September 1st

 Winter - Order by December 1st

Upon receiving your request, an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit will be sent to your email to lock in your items. Once our seasonal shipment arrives at the spa, a final invoice for the remaining balance plus tax will be issued, and your custom selection will be prepared for spa pick-up shortly after payment is completed.

Try-Me Size:  To let you test a product before committing, we provide custom-poured trial portions.

Each sample is meticulously prepared in-house under strict hygienic conditions. We use professional,

cosmetic-grade glass vessels with sustainable bamboo lids to preserve the product's integrity and potency.
